Using only mature rhizome, the Alpinia galanga used to make enXtra is harvested in a sustainable manner and dehydrated under natural sunlight. Portions of this rhizome are sown back into the soil to ensure the continuity of this valuable crop. Partnerships with local farmers allow them to earn a sustainable income and to help them live self-sufficient, dignified lives.
